As a non-profit organization, Cross Timbers Hospice is grateful for the citizens of our service area who are so involved in helping meet the needs of our patients and families. You can help in several ways:
Cross Timbers Hospice earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for accreditation by demonstrating compliance with national standards for health care quality and safety in home care set forth by the organization.
Accreditation involves an extensive evaluation by an external, multidisciplinary team of experts on many facets of hospice care including infection prevention and control, leadership, and medication management. Achieving Joint Commission Accreditation demonstrates Cross Timbers Hospice's continued commitment to providing the highest quality end of life care to our patients.
Our Veterans have done everything asked of them in their mission to serve our country and it is never too late to give them a hero’s welcome home. Our staff and volunteers may provide the last opportunity for Veterans to feel that their service was not in vain, and that they are appreciated. The ceremony acknowledges the military service and sacrifices made by our veterans and their families.
